OrderMi is a QR code ordering and restaurant management platform operated by MisoLab ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OrderMi platform at ordermi.ai and any associated services.
By creating an account or using OrderMi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
OrderMi provides restaurant owners with tools to create and manage online ordering systems, including customer ordering pages, kitchen dashboards, menu management, QR code generation, and related features. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.
OrderMi is a technology platform. We are not a food business, food delivery service, or payment processor. We provide the tools; you operate your restaurant.
To use OrderMi, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to operate a food business in your jurisdiction to use OrderMi.
New accounts receive a 90-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required during the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service. If you do not subscribe, your restaurant page will become inactive.
OrderMi offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. Prices are displayed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
OrderMi does not take commission on orders placed through the platform. Revenue is generated solely through subscription fees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing section of your admin panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
As a restaurant owner using OrderMi, you are responsible for:
Menu accuracy: Ensuring all menu items, descriptions, prices, dietary information, and allergen declarations are accurate and up to date. OrderMi uses AI (Miso) to assist with menu setup, but AI-generated content can contain errors. You must review and verify all information before publishing.
Allergen compliance: Providing accurate allergen information in accordance with applicable food safety laws (including EU Regulation 1169/2011 and UK Food Information Regulations 2014). OrderMi provides tools to flag allergens, but the accuracy and completeness of allergen declarations is solely your responsibility.
Food safety: Complying with all applicable food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations in your jurisdiction.
Customer data: Handling customer personal data (names, phone numbers, delivery addresses) in accordance with applicable data protection laws. You are the data controller for customer data collected through your ordering page.
Legal compliance: Ensuring your use of OrderMi complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
OrderMi uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to assist with menu parsing, translation, and restaurant management guidance. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
You must review all AI-generated content before publishing. OrderMi is not liable for errors in AI-generated menu items, descriptions, translations, allergen flags, or advice.
You agree not to use OrderMi to:
Sell illegal products or services; operate without required food business licences; deliberately provide false or misleading menu information; attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the platform; resell or redistribute the service without permission; or use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
OrderMi and its associated branding, code, and features are the intellectual property of MisoLab. You retain ownership of your restaurant content (menu items, descriptions, images, branding).
By using OrderMi, you grant us a licence to host and display your restaurant content as necessary to provide the service.
OrderMi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MisoLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We are not liable for: loss of revenue due to service downtime; errors in AI-generated content; inaccurate allergen or dietary information; issues with third-party services (Stripe, Supabase); or actions taken by your customers.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to OrderMi in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@ordermi.ai. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your restaurant page will become inactive. We will retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, after which it will be deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of OrderMi after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
